The Impact Accelerator is designed to introduce core TPW frameworks, best practices, and benchmarking data. It also offers a powerful way for network members to build relationships with one another, develop a shared mindset and skillset, and together go farther in their philanthropy. Participants will leave with actionable knowledge on strategic philanthropy as they continue on their journey of giving.

The Global Journey offers the opportunity to apply TPW frameworks, best practices, and benchmarking data in a unique and hands-on field learning experience. These trips provide insights into a particular nation’s key social, economic, and developmental dynamics, and how to scale and transfer proven solutions across borders. You will connect with a nation’s top leaders from across sectors, identify best practices in international philanthropy and global development, build your network of peers, and together learn from each other's perspectives and experiences.

Our unique, dynamic strategy review exercise provides a platform to present a philanthropic strategy or targeted investment and receive feedback, connections, and mentorship from expert peers as you identify practical actions to begin putting your strategy into practice. TPW staff provide targeted individual strategic advising as you prepare your presentation.

As TPW’s annual global gathering, the Global Summit seeks to mobilize a network of philanthropic and entrepreneurial leaders to accelerate best practices, drive social impact, and humbly partner with communities to solve the urgent problems facing our world. The Summit is about action: openly sharing ideas, key challenges and constructively engaging with peers and experts to advance what works. We want every leader who attends to leave with new strategic connections, practical knowledge that applies directly to their work, and committed partners who can help unlock resources.

The Immersion Journey is a chance to dive deep into pressing issues of current public concern as we traverse diverse urban and rural landscapes to examine the roots and realities of inequality and growing social, political, economic, cultural and racial divides. We consider historic and systemic failures to address these challenges and employ TPW frameworks and tools to assess ways that the philanthropic sector can play a powerful role in bridging these divides and push for change.

Join us for practical and interactive one-day programs with leaders in philanthropy, impact investing and social change fields to hone your skillset, enhance your strategy, and connect with peers. These programs utilize a case study methodology to dive deep into the core principles and practices driving TPW’s impact framework.

TPW’s Peer Groups provide members with a local, confidential, and intimate peer group where members can reflect on their giving, share and receive learnings and best practices, and challenge one another to be more strategic with their social impact. Peer Groups meet several times per year in large TPW "hubs" of members.
